USAGE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
FOR HOT USES: Place pillow in a microwave, heat on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Let stand in microwave for 15 seconds. Repeat and use as often as you like. Do not overheat! Do not place on microwave rack - always place on turning glass plate!
FOR COLD USES: Place pillow in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Repeat and use as often as you like.
CARE: The best way to clean the pillows is to spot clean. You may machine wash and dry the pillows in a laundry bag.
